This Privacy Policy explains how Sellmora ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Nick Kearney (sole trader), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Sellmora (the "Service"), available at https://sellmora.app.

We are based in Ireland and are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.

  • Account data: your email address and login credentials when you create an account.
  • Content you submit: the product details and product photos you provide to generate listings. We do not ask for and you should not submit sensitive personal information here.
  • Payment data: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles that. We receive limited information such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
  • Usage data: basic information about how you use the Service (e.g. number of listings generated), for enforcing plan limits and improving the product.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar information collected automatically.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (generate listings, manage your account);
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Enforce free and paid usage limits;
  • Communicate with you about your account or the Service;
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

  • Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for;
  • Legitimate interests: to improve and secure the Service, prevent abuse, and run our business;
  • Consent: where required, which you may withdraw at any time;

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service:

Some of our providers (e.g. Stripe, Anthropic) are based in or process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment records).

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
